Don’t get fooled by the term “factory trained” in advertisements. It only means the technicians are trained in a “factory” but not by whom!   At VeeArc, “Manufacturer-trained” means that our technical staff is actually trained by the manufacturer. So if you have a Siemens drive to repair, rest assured that a Siemens-trained technician is repairing your important equipment.
