Medical Monitor Loaner Service

VeeArc is sensitive to the fact that an end user can not be without their monitor for an extended period of time while their medical monitor is under repair. In those cases VeeArc will send the end user a free Loaner Medical Monitor to reduce their down time. The end user will hold on to their loaner until their repair is completed.

Our engineers will only need to understand the application of the loaner medical monitor and set the calibrations and timings according to the OEM Specifications.

Medical Monitor Exchange Program

VeeArc understands that purchasing a refurbished medical monitor is sometimes more economically feasible than purchasing a new unit or repairing an old one. Therefore, VeeArc offers a newly refurbished medical monitor using all new parts in exchange for the end users old medical monitor as part of our exchange program.
